How do you cope with the Mania or Manic Depression?

There are alot of people that are going through varied difficulties to say the least.  Manic and spun out to Depressed and unable to cope with life's basic needs.  I  will also add that some struggle with oversexuality or Porn.

Well it just so happen i am on the manic side this week.  Kinda spun out and driving my poor wife crazy.  Rapid Cycling thoughts and Ideas, very hyper.  It seems my meds are no longer working and were going to have to go back in and visit my Phsyc.

My thoughts are for you... Yes how do you do?  How do you cope with the manic side or the manic Depression?  Are you depending on your Meds or are you out there on your own?  Do you have family? workers? Brothers & Sisters       Let us no how we can help....

Listen your not on your own when we have Jesus!  He is the answer to all our absurdities and emotional weaknesses.
I believe He wants to heal the brokenhearted no matter what form that takes.
Many times the gospels say He Healed  them into the night.... who?  The demon possessed, the schizophrenia, the mentally ill down to the common cold.

My point is this, even though you may be going through some difficult times with with your bipolar Issues we can still lean on Jesus and yes He can flood us with His peace

Don't let the world tell you your hopeless and you are beyond help.  God has a plan for you whether you are Manic or Depressed.

I must encourage you to dive into the bible, read your favorite verses again, read the psalms they are full of Davids bipolar issues.  Things that will pull you through.

You don't need to struggle through each day, God is bigger than our issues. Right?

I have symtoms of bi-polar 1. Just returned from a DBSA meeting tonight. There are some wonderful people who are suffering with this disorder. The Good Lord in heaven is my largest help. His word and his love is what keeps me going. God bless you with this website, to provide great information!
